With a background in Orthoptics, he understands the profound connection between physical and emotional wellbeing—and believes true health encompasses mind, body, and spirit. He is able to do therapy in English and Cantonese and is also conversant in Mandarin.
Integrating evidence-based techniques with real-world understanding, Darren helps clients build resilience without jargon or judgment. His approach is practical, personalized, and free of pretense.
When he’s not working with clients, Darren embraces life’s simple joys: celebrating his son’s growth, unwinding on the golf course, or geeking out over cars and video games. These everyday moments fuel his grounded, empathetic approach—because therapy isn’t just about skills, but about connecting as people.
